Genia Nuñez

Genia Nuñez was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. At a young age Genia expressed an interest in the arts and her mom enrolled her into various classes including art, piano, ballet and acting. She attended Bellas Artes for Art in DR. She moved to the United States at age 6 with her family. After a short stay in Iowa they moved to New York City where she grew up. Growing up she performed in school plays and shows.

After moving to Los Angeles, she quickly landed lead roles in the short independent film Forgiveness in Love and a commercial for Pasadena City College. Genia also shot supporting roles in the feature indie film Morita, and in Secretos (Spanish TV mini-series). Most recently she filmed Her (Indie Feature) and Smoke (short) where she had supporting roles.
